Congrats on 21 years, that is awesome.

What have I learned in my marriage...well-it is amazing what you can learn in 10 months when you are open to learning, accepting and bending a little. Second marriage-and it is already so much better than my round 1 ;)

I have learned for a good night sleep and a calm morning, I need to fall asleep first-then I don't hear the snoring! :)

I have learned in my almost two months of marriage is that it is a beautiful thing when God is the center. Also to become dependent on my husband, and release my independednt spirit, another thing is that he doesn't automatically read my mind and he doesn't really know that he has hurt my feelings. Oh yeah I can't forget to "DIE DAILY" I know really understand what Paul meant when he wrote that passage of scipture, and last but not least, the best conversations happen during foot rubs and that foot rubs are definately a plus for me in my marriage!

Happy Anniversary wise one!

I will be married for five years in November and this is an interesting question. I have learned many things about relationships, patience, love and understanding yet above all I have learned to have hope in my waiting season of my marriage. Happy Anniversary!!

Happy Anniversary to you both! I am waiting to hear from you and others some great lessons over the years. My dh and I have been married for 7 yrs. We are also seven years apart in age.

We were just talking about what he said the first time we met and he tells everyone about this:) I blush everytime:) "Why don't you and me go to an island and get married somewhere" This is the first time we met and funny we laugh that were married.

So many blessings to you Lylah on your special day. Remember all the special times. And also remember how much you can help others as you already are.

Take care~

Congrats to you!!! We celebrate 19 years this week.

What have I learned? Hmmmm. I had a lot of 'un-learning' to do. Unlearning putting myself first, unlearning the hypocritical attitudes of my generation, unlearning fear of being subdued and oppressed by a man, unlearning pushing for my way, my opinion, my agenda. And then relearning a real definition of love, learning to respect, learning to celebrate the differences, learning to agree to disagree.

Hope you have a wonderful time on your celebration trip!
Blessings!
