If there is one thing I could go back and re-do, I'd have bought Sally Fallon's, Nourishing Traditions a lot early than I did.
My younger daughter, Jenni, started using Nourishing Traditions about four years ago. I took a look and bought my own.
Then I started telling other moms, "You've GOT to get this book."
And, they did and it has changed their lives. It's not only a cookbook of sorts but it's an education.
