My mom's been following along with my Becoming an On-Purpose Home Keeper and in light of today's subject on our attitude, she sent me these clips. As for the serious side, yes I do think they reflect a greater issue. Many women see household management as a "chore" or something to get done. A lot of this attitude stems from our society. I can honestly say that after 20 years of being a stay at home/homeschooling mom, I can still get that attitude. :0( Just keepin' it real.
