A woman named Darlene Tracy is suing Oprah over her new reality series 'Oprah's Big Give,' claiming she gave Winfrey the idea, the New York Daily News reports.
The report goes like this:
Tracy, a mother of four from Boston with no TV experience, contends she pitched a show called 'The Philanthropist,' where people would compete by helping others, to the executive producer of Winfrey's talk show in 2005.On the 'Big Give,' contestants are provided with money and told to give it away to strangers.
