This is so exhilarating. Many of the districts (Antiguo, Centro, Parte Vieja, Amara, Gros, Ondereta, Benti Beri are a few) have their own Tamborrada bands. The bands (mostly men) march through their district from midnight and on. The city comes alive with the beating of the drums. Michael and I now have the rhythm going in our heads. I truly have no words to describe the emotions except - exhilarating.
