Simon says, "Nana, I really like chistorra . . . I could live on it." That's an 8 year old's opinon. Chistorra is a thin chorizo-like sausage for frying. It's Basque and it's great.

Bonnie, I so wish I had a recipe. It's something we buy at the meat market around the corner. It IS so good. Sorry you're homesick :-)
